Tips for Planning Global Meetings
Find Overlap
Look for times when the green "Business Hours" band overlaps across all participants. The timeline visualization makes this easy to spot.
Consider Flexibility
Early morning (amber) or evening (orange) can work if all-day overlap is not possible. Night hours (purple) should be avoided when possible.
Watch for DST
Daylight Saving Time changes can shift meeting times. The tool will warn you when a DST change is coming within 30 days.
Rotate Meeting Times
For recurring meetings, consider rotating times so the same people do not always have early/late calls.
