How We Calculate
RER (Resting Energy Requirement): The baseline calories your dog needs at rest, calculated as 70 x (body weight in kg)^0.75
Activity Factor: Multiplier based on how active your dog is, from 1.2x for sedentary to 2.0x for working dogs
Age Factor: Puppies need more calories for growth (2.0x), while seniors need less (0.8x)
Body Condition: Adjustments for dogs that need to gain or lose weight

- Always transition to new food gradually over 7-10 days
- Consult your veterinarian for specific dietary needs
